Lower the bar
Pay attention to the beginning.
it's about tuning your focus to what you can do instead of what you should do-Jordan Gross.
Explain yourself 🤔
This is week two of this journey and week two of attempting to dust off this aged brain and learn some new tricks. Or so I thought; there might be more dusting than I expected, probably even a cleaning service because the words aren’t connecting to the brain as they should.
I thought that by week two, I should be bouncing off each task like a pro which is ridiculous. I’m learning things I’ve never done before so it might be a bit of a second language in the beginning. One may even say gibberish; who knows? But sure enough, I had to question my decisions here. It’s like deciding to have a baby; halfway through the process, you wonder if you might need to tap out. Only to find no exit, you have to push through it.
Now you’ve got two options run or adapt and process your projects accordingly. I chose the latter and might decide to run after a few months. I have to give it at least 12 months before I run; that’s the new rule.
Where did this bar thing come far?
I came across a video or article, unsure what it was, but it spoke about lowering the bar. Now at first glance, you think, “are you trying to tell me that I can’t take a challenge or anything offensive that you can add to these air quotes.” It’s deeper than that. Often, we start a new venture with some form of an idol, thing, or a super high expectation in mind, not realizing that while this may be “motivation, “it can also lead to you becoming discouraged. This is because we tend to underestimate the magnitude of the end goal, so we expect that goal quickly.
They speak fluent gibberish, so I’ll have to take baby steps and handle these beginner hurdles and the basics of this gibberish until I can hit the pro gibberish level.

Highlights of the week and the wrap-up
Yes, you guessed it. I turned in my task in the nick of time this week. It may not be a 100, but I got it done and can reflect.
This was possible even with the unexpected few-day illness that decided to take over my body and take one of my good working days.
This was a sign telling me to stop putting foolishness in my body.
My LETTSBLEND youtube channel is creeping up that 1000 subscriber count by about 26 subs. So who knows, maybe next week, this will be a victory lap.
The second channel is still under construction.
I watched Princess Tiana with my adult eyes and was utterly surprised.
